Crownridge is an experimental, unaudited protocol that is not yet deployed to mainnet. These terms are a draft and must be finalized by counsel before public use.

1. No advice, no offer

This interface and all associated content are provided for information only. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

2. The protocol is software

Crownridge is a set of smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. This website is a convenience interface; the contracts are the source of truth and can be used directly. We do not custody your funds, and interactions are executed by you from your own wallet.

3. No guarantees

CRWN carries no guaranteed value, yield, floor, appreciation, or redemption. NAV is an accounting figure, not a claim (see Transparency). Digital assets are high-risk and you may lose everything.

4. No warranty; limitation of liability

The interface and protocol are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the contributors are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the protocol or this interface.

5. Eligibility & restricted persons

Crownridge is built on Robinhood Chain. It is not operated by, owned by, endorsed by, or partnered with Robinhood or any affiliate.
